I have done several versions of this painting over the years.  The original teapot appeared as a frontispiece in a book of birds many years ago.  Whilst the teapot remains the same in all my paintings it is accompanied by different objects and creatures.  This version was painted with my grand- children in mind and contains lots of small things for them to find.
